As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and strengthen how CityVet and Arista Advanced Pet Care show up across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role for an experienced designer who enjoys a high-output environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and knows how to balance thoughtful creative with the speed and flexibility of a growing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Own projects from concept through final production, bringing strong creative judgment, clear prioritization, and proactive communication to multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Develop and execute creative across digital, social, paid media, email, web, presentations, print, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Serve as a brand steward for CityVet and Arista Advanced Pet Care, maintaining consistency while evolving brand systems, templates, and campaign frameworks that can scale across locations and channels.
- Lead creative development for new clinic and hospital openings, including local marketing, launch materials, signage-related creative, digital assets, and supporting collateral.
- Partner with marketing, digital, operations, clinic teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective creative solutions.
- Create high-quality multimedia assets, including motion graphics, short-form video, and simple animation.
- Use campaign performance and channel best practices to help refine creative and improve engagement.
- Prepare production-ready files and maintain a high standard of craft, accuracy, and brand consistency across digital and print work.
- Help improve design systems, templates, and resources that make the broader marketing team more efficient.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house marketing team, agency, multi-location brand, consumer brand, or similarly fast-moving environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated work across brand, digital, social, campaign, and print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing within established brand systems while knowing when and how to evolve them.
- The ability to move confidently between big-picture creative thinking and detailed production work.
- Strong project-management instincts and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple requests at once.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting creative thinking, receiving feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, accurate work.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience working with multi-location, healthcare, veterinary, retail, hospitality, or other consumer-facing brands is a plus.
- A genuine appreciation for pets, people, and the role kindness can play in creating meaningful brand experiences.
