Full description

Before we get started: Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.

Who we are: Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices.

Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.

How you’ll be impactful: Ingenio's US Marketplace (Keen) is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead our next chapter of growth. We've just completed a rebrand and are deep into a full product redesign, and this role builds on that new foundation and turns it into real gains in conversion, revenue, and customer LTV.

People come to Keen at moments that matter, with real questions about their relationships, their careers, and their lives. Whether they find the right advisor, trust them, and come back is what drives the business. You’ll focus on our most critical growth levers: conversion, advisor-consumer matching, recommendations, and monetization and packaging. You’ll own the initiatives that move those numbers, and you'll have real influence on where we place our bets.

We are a small team - five Product and Design people today and growing. You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and little distance between your work and the business.

Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and obsess over the growth KPIs that matter most: conversion, revenue, and customer LTV. Lead the initiatives that move them, and help shape the longer-term product direction for the customer experience.
  • Drive strategy and execution across key growth areas: conversion optimization, advisor-consumer matching and personalization, pricing, packaging, and monetization experiments, and retention programs.
  • Improve advisor-customer matching through personalization and AI-driven recommendations.
  • Find automation opportunities that improve advisor workflows and the customer experience.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, impact modeling, and experimentation, and run a disciplined A/B testing and behavioral analytics practice.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality experiences quickly, and work with Design on experiences that are both intuitive and effective at driving growth.
  • Work across the whole company, including engineering, customer support, the advisor team, marketing, and data analytics, to turn their insight into product improvements and to make sure what we ship is understood and adopted.
  • Talk directly with customers and advisors to make sure the product is meeting their needs.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 6+ years driving growth in consumer (B2C) products, with direct ownership of metrics such as conversion, monetization, retention, or LTV.
  • A demonstrated ability to ship products that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Obsession with using data to drive impact and prioritization, and a habit of moving quickly from insight to execution.
  • AI fluency, both in the products you ship and in your own workflows. You've shipped features where the output is a model's judgment rather than a fixed rule, and you use AI tools to move faster in your own work.
  • A track record of moving KPIs you influence but don't fully control, and building strong cross-functional relationships to do so.
  • Experience working directly with designers and engineers on ambiguous problems, from framing through launch.
  • Bonus: experience with matching, personalization, recommendations, or search.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work alongside a friendly, talented, and highly collaborative team
  • Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous holiday and PTO policies (including Birthday PTO!)
  • Summer Fridays
  • Technology stipend
  • 401k matching program
  • Lunch
  • Wellness allowance
  • Training and development opportunities and allowance
  • Fun and inclusive in-person and virtual events
