Your future role

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of Digital & Integrated Systems (DIS) Maintenance projects, delivering on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across maintenance, testing, and engineering, define and optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement strategies to exceed customer expectations.
You’ll specifically take care of managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, but also ensure the delivery of contractual performance targets and KPIs.
We’ll look to you for:
• Validating and updating tender assumptions, including identifying potential variations and innovations.
• Establishing and managing the maintenance organization while adhering to contractual requirements and budgets.
• Hiring and leading key operational maintenance staff and fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Setting up operational processes, subcontracted activities, and Maintenance Management Systems.
• Managing risk, opportunities, and savings through regular reviews and performance evaluations.
• Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Engineering graduate degree in Electronics/Electrical.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the railway signalling or telecom field, particularly in Metro rail CBTC or equivalent project execution, testing and commissioning, or maintenance management activities.
• Strong understanding of maintenance project management, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Proficiency in handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieving performance targets.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and operational processes.
• Familiarity with risk management and continuous improvement strategies.
