We are currently recruiting for Quality Auditors (QA's) at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off - rolling shift / Working 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs

Rate of pay: Depending on experience

Responsibilities• Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality is a key part of daily tasks, including sharing expertise to improve their knowledge of food safety and quality.

  • Monitor production team members to ensure technical documentation is completed correctly.
  • Immediately address and/or escalate quality or food safety concerns to the appropriate level.
  • Perform daily inspections at all CCP points.
  • Audit production processes to ensure that packaged product always meets the appropriate standards, thereby reducing waste and factory downtime.
  • Support the quality control process for both internal and external audits.
  • Perform post-production inspections and signs off on related documents.
  • Audit and guide production team members to maintain high GMP standards
  • Conduct GMP, CCP, Glass & Plastic audits
  • Collect and prepare laboratory samples for transport and track results
  • Food safety level 2 or above, HACCP and Internal auditing certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in quality assurance/quality control/ food safety/ environmental standards/ organics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interactions with staff at various levels.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
