What You'll Do
- Design and develop core systems supporting securities and trading business
- Optimize foundational components to improve engineering efficiency across teams
- Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps to improve system stability and scalability
- Investigate root causes at the framework and infrastructure level to continuously optimize system performance
- Explore applying AI Agent technology to securities and financial business scenarios to enhance system intelligence
What We're Looking For• 5+ years of backend development experience including 2+ years working in Go with high-performance server-side architecture design
- Hands-on experience building microservices and high-concurrency production systems
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Familiar with Linux/Unix environments and common middleware internals
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in financial products / capital markets
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Rust
- Familiarity with AI development, including AI Agent development and underlying principles
