✍ Short Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to own the website delivery process from kickoff through development, QA, revisions, and launch. The role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, developers, and designers, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You’ll translate client requests into clear development tasks, coordinate deliverables, identify roadblocks early, and oversee website launches. This is a project ownership role focused on execution and delivery rather than hands-on development or design.

💼 Responsibilities:
- Own website projects from kickoff through development, QA, revisions, and launch, keeping timelines, milestones, tasks, and deadlines on track.
- Coordinate developers and creative teams, ensure team members have the information and assets needed to complete their work, and follow up on deliverables.
- Communicate directly with clients, gather content, assets, logins, feedback, and approvals, and translate business requests into clear tasks for developers and designers.
- Review websites throughout development, perform QA, identify missing or incorrect items, and ensure websites function properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Coordinate website launches, including domain changes, hosting, DNS, integrations, migrations, and other launch requirements with the development team.
- Identify roadblocks early, keep projects moving, and provide progress updates to leadership.
💡 Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing website development projects from kickoff through launch.
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the website development lifecycle and experience coordinating developers and creative teams.
- Working knowledge of website platforms and concepts such as WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, WooCommerce, Framer, hosting, domains, DNS, website migrations, staging vs. production, mobile responsiveness, and website QA.
- Experience working in a marketing or web agency is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with project management and communication software.
