Requirements

Requires at least two years of IT infrastructure management experience or equivalent DevOps experience, familiarity with a major cloud platform, CI/CD and Terraform, and hands-on Git experience. Candidates should demonstrate ownership and adaptability and be fluent in Hebrew and English; identity provider, MDM, Python, or Bash experience is an advantage.

Full description

We’re looking for an IT & DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team, led by a senior DevOps engineer. This role combines IT and security operations with hands-on DevOps work: you’ll own the company’s IT stack and gradually take ownership of cloud infrastructure, reliability and automation projects. You’ll get hands-on guidance from day one and plenty of room to grow with a fast-scaling team.

About the Role

  • Own the company’s IT infrastructure, including endpoints, connectivity and security
  • Run employee onboarding and offboarding end to end: devices, accounts and access
  • Manage permissions and access controls across systems, following least-privilege principles
  • Administer our SaaS stack, including licenses, integrations, SSO and security configuration
  • Work with and improve our DevOps tooling and processes, including CI/CD, Terraform, and our cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Help maintain reliability and security across our production environments
  • Implement monitoring and alerting infrastructure
  • Build AI-driven automations that improve efficiency across the company

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, or equivalent DevOps experience
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with Git
  • Strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving AI cybersecurity startup
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Advantage: experience with identity providers and device management (MDM) solutions
  • Advantage: scripting skills in Python or Bash
