Benefits
Full description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.
Who We Are
Seedtag is the leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising Company. We are redefining how advertising works in a privacy-first world by moving beyond keywords and cookies, towards understanding human emotion, intent, and context.
Powered by advanced AI and neuroscience, our proprietary technology, Liz, delivers a deep, human-like understanding of content and attention. This enables brands to connect with audiences at the right moment, in the right mindset, with ads that are relevant, engaging, and respectful of the user experience.
Founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers, Seedtag has grown into a global company with 500+ Seedtaggers across 17 countries, backed by €250M in funding, and expanding rapidly across the open web and Connected TV.
We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for our Advertising Solutions line, the portfolio behind our direct-sales business. The scope of the portfolio evolves with the company's priorities, so you will be comfortable owning a portfolio that grows and shifts over time.
This is not a support role. You will be the single PMM owner of Seedtag's largest revenue line. You will sit inside the product organization, working shoulder to shoulder with the Head of Product, and you will own the full journey from engineering release to market launch: positioning, GTM, regional activation and the enablement that makes it land. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy: you spot the opportunity, define the workstream, align the stakeholders and drive it to measurable commercial impact.
Your Challenge
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Go-to-market for the company's top priorities
- Own the GTM of the flagship launches in your portfolio: positioning, launch narratives and commercial packaging for new products and capabilities.
- Build GTM plans per region, translating the roadmap into market-by-market launch plans so every region knows what is coming, when, and how to sell it.
- Drive tentpole moments (dedicated campaigns around key launches and seasonal pushes) together with Marketing, defining what we promise the market and making sure we can deliver it.
Release-to-launch ownership
- Run the end-to-end launch process from engineering release to market launch: launch tiers, positioning, enablement collateral and launch timing for every release in your portfolio.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales and the regions. You are the person who makes launches actually happen, on time and on message.
Positioning, messaging & market intelligence
- Craft and evolve positioning for every product in your portfolio: value propositions, ICPs, messaging pillars and competitive plays that scale across markets.
- Tell the bigger story: frame platform-level stories (e.g., core technology evolutions) as strategic narratives rather than feature announcements.
- Maintain an always-current view on the advertising landscape: competitors, market shifts, and the trends we should anticipate rather than react to.
Global sales enablement
- Define and create the global enablement materials that make complex products simple to sell, and train regional enablement leads to localize them.
- Shape the future of enablement at Seedtag. This role is designed to take on growing enablement ownership as the function consolidates inside Product Marketing.
Commercial impact
- Measure what you launch with product and revenue metrics (pipeline influenced, win rates, adoption and competitive displacement) and use them to propose the next product iteration.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 4-6+ years in product marketing for technical products, with clear ownership of complex, multi-market launches.
- Deep AdTech knowledge. You understand the programmatic ecosystem end to end (supply and demand), and you have hands-on experience taking advertising products to market. This is essential, not a plus.
- Proven regional GTM experience. You have taken products to market across multiple regions and know how to balance global consistency with local relevance.
- Sales enablement fluency. You have built enablement programs or worked hand in hand with enablement teams, and you understand the difference between a deck that exists and a deck that sells.
- High autonomy and proactive ownership. You define your own workstreams, make prioritization calls, and keep stakeholders aligned without being chased. You are comfortable being the sole PMM for a business line.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication. You turn technical capability into narrative, and narrative into materials that move deals. Excellent written and spoken English.
- A commercial mindset. You instinctively tie your work to pipeline, win rates and revenue, not activity volume.
It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience marketing contextual, attention or privacy-first advertising solutions.
- Experience working inside a product organization or closely with product management on roadmap and gating decisions.
- Additional European languages (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience presenting at industry events or acting as an external product evangelist.
