What You'll Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows that power the Product team's experience — including Aha!, Confluence, and Pendo — and partner with Engineering on how those tools connect to Jira and release infrastructure.
- Build and manage the product analytics stack, ensuring Product Managers have reliable access to usage data, feature adoption metrics, and customer behavior insights through Pendo and related tools.
- Develop and run enablement programs for the Product team — onboarding new PMs, rolling out new tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define and track product-team operational health metrics (process adoption, time-to-insight, PM ramp time, roadmap-to-delivery traceability) and use them to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering leadership and the Release Manager on delivery standards, tooling investments, and how release readiness and cadence decisions surface to the Product team.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that increase Product team productivity and decision-making quality.
- Directly manage the APM team — providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support, and coordinating their work to drive consistency across product delivery.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related role in a software or healthcare IT organization.
- Working knowledge of Jira from a Product Manager's/reporting perspective (boards, filters, dashboards); deep administrative configuration is not required.
- Experience with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar) and a strong understanding of how to interpret usage data.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that work across multiple product lines.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to drive alignment across PMs, engineers, and leadership.
- Comfort with AI-assisted tooling and a forward-looking perspective on how AI can improve product team workflows.
- Experience in healthcare IT is a plus but not required.
