Primary Responsibilities• • Serve as the primary functional/technical bridge between CSP business operations and the systems supporting those operations.
- Analyze CBM/CMM configuration, gather and document requirements, develop use cases, support SCRs, assess impacts of process changes and recommend system/configuration changes.
- Coordinate releases with OCIO and technical personnel.
- Support testing, implementation and transition to successor systems.
Required Skills• • 5–8+ years in business/systems analysis, financial systems, application support or configuration management.
- Bachelor's degree required in information systems, IT, computer science, business, finance or related field; equivalent relevant experience.

- Requirements analysis and documentation.
- Use cases/user stories.
- Business process and workflow analysis.
- System configuration analysis.
- System Change Requests.
- Functional testing/UAT support.
- Change and release management.
- JIRA or comparable issue/change-management platform.
- Ability to communicate between business users and technical teams.
Preferred Skills• • CMM and/or FileOnQ experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- Federal financial-management systems.
- Cost-management/billing applications.
- Activity-based costing or cost allocation.
- OCIO change/release processes.
- SharePoint.
- SQL/data analysis.
Location & Work Requirements• Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- This position is contingent upon contract award.
Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, ITIL or comparable business-analysis certification. Salary Range $135,000-$145,000
