Come drive innovation with us. Nissan is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for IT Business Analyst in Franklin, TN.

In this role, you will leverage your ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights, drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders, and ensure systems run smoothly within a dynamic production environment.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to keep initiatives moving forward
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis sessions to uncover business needs
  • Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specs, and interface designs
  • Investigate and resolve production issues in partnership with vendors and technical teams
  • Review system behavior, logs, and data flows to diagnose and support issue resolution
  • Contribute to testing efforts, including developing use cases and validating system functionality
  • Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and occasional off-hour needs

Who We’re Looking for:      

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • 5+ years' overall IS/IT experience.
  • 5+ years' application development experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in working with third party vendors.

Desired:

  • Advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
  • Prior experience working with offshore personnel is a plus.
  • Project management experience a plus.
