As a Project Manager High-Rise & Infrastructure, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects across the Netherlands. Acting as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Your Contribution Counts – What Awaits You with Us:

  • Manage multiple high-rise and infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout each project.
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing project processes and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

We Can’t Go Without You – What You Bring with You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, engineering, or commercial discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sector.
  • Proven project management and coordination skills, preferably within complex technical environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solution-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining oversight in dynamic project environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of German and/or French is considered an advantage.
