Build the technology behind modern banking. At Facilization, you’ll work on solutions powering payments, digital experiences, and critical banking platforms, solving real-world challenges where reliability, security, and performance matter.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain features for banking and payment platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance Java code.
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and Solution Architects to turn complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Integrate systems and services across complex enterprise environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to improving system performance, stability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development practices.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with solid Java experience, a strong problem-solving mindset and an interest in building reliable software for the banking and FinTech space.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
  • Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL, including queries, functions, and stored procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with JUnit and Mockito.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
  • Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross functional environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of C# or JavaScript.
  • Experience in banking, payments, or other financial services environments.
