- Commercial impact: Moving engagement, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase while protecting the premium experience expected of a luxury brand.
AI-First Product Management
AI is central to what we build and to how we work. Beyond the AI in our products, we expect you to use AI to make your own product work faster and better, and to help the team do the same.
- Use AI tools and agents every day across the product lifecycle: research and insight synthesis, writing specs and epics, analysing data and experiment results, and competitive analysis.
- Prototype ideas with AI to test them with customers and stakeholders before engineering builds them.
- Automate routine product work, such as status updates, reporting, and backlog hygiene, to spend more time on customers and strategy.
- Use AI with judgement: check its output against data and sources, and own every decision it informs.
- Share what works and help the chapter build AI-first ways of working.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate customer, commercial, and data insight into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and well-scoped epics.
- Work hand in hand with data science and engineering to take recommendation, ranking, and AI capabilities from proof of concept to production.
- Partner with UX/UI to deliver intuitive, inspiring, high-quality journeys across iOS and web.
- Set KPIs for each area, run experiments, and own post-test analysis and roll-out decisions.
- Collaborate with merchandising, content, marketing, CRM, and commercial teams so curation and personalisation work together.
- Partner closely with the Growth team to align personalisation with acquisition, activation, and retention goals, sharing signals, segments, and experiments across on-site and CRM journeys.
- Communicate direction, trade-offs, and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Mentor and support other product managers and product owners in the chapter, and help raise our product craft.
- Lead by example in AI-first product management, using AI to speed up discovery, delivery, and analysis, and coaching others to do the same.
- Stay ahead of trends in luxury e-commerce, personalisation, and AI, and bring the best ideas into the roadmap.
