Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Test Engineer with strong skills in SQL, BigQuery, API Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Python.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Engineering.
  • Strong experience with functional, regression, integration, and negative testing.
  • Experience testing AI/ML, LLM, Conversational AI, or NL-to-SQL systems.
  • Strong REST API testing using Postman, pytest, or similar tools.
  • Advanced SQL and BigQuery Standard SQL.
  • Experience with CTEs, Window Functions, Joins, Date Functions, STRUCT/ARRAY, and complex queries.
  • Strong Data Warehouse and Data Quality Testing experience.
  • Experience with data reconciliation and validation.
  • Strong Python scripting/automation skills.
  • Good experience writing clear and detailed defect reports.
  • Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge including:
  • Deposits
  • Accounts
  • Transactions
  • AML/KYC
  • Fraud
  • Compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Cortex, Looker, ThoughtSpot, or similar AI/NL-to-SQL platforms.
  • GCP experience with BigQuery, Cloud Run, Firestore, Dataplex, and IAP.
  • Experience with pytest, SQLAlchemy, and Google Cloud BigQuery SDK.
  • Knowledge of SCD2, Bitemporal tables, and Data Warehousing.
  • Knowledge of GLBA, FCRA, BSA/AML, BCBS 239, and SOX.
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Ontology concepts.
