We’re looking for someone who wants to shape what gets built, not just how. You’ll join a cross-functional product team, at the moment Manychat is becoming mobile-first, and you’ll work on the product from discovery to release and beyond.

You’ll start by leading on native iOS and grow into Android along the way, even if you haven’t worked with it before. AI tools help you reach both platforms, and your judgment keeps the quality high: you check and own every change you ship. If you’d like a real say in what you build, let’s talk!

Manychat is becoming a mobile-first product. We build the native Android and iOS experiences that put Manychat in creators' pockets — where they actually run their businesses. We keep up with busy lifestyles and enable our users on the go.

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT HERE 🤩

You own more than the code here. Mobile engineers are embedded from discovery through delivery, so you shape what gets built, not just how. You'll work with AI agents to write production code, changing what a small team can deliver. And you'll do it with real ownership over architecture, patterns, and craft.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Help build Manychat's mobile products in a cross-functional team with product, design, backend, and mobile engineers.

• Shape features with product and design, making thoughtful trade-offs between user needs, delivery speed, and engineering quality.

• Build and maintain native iOS experiences in Swift and SwiftUI, from implementation and testing through release and production support.

• Work with AI agents in your daily engineering: set clear tasks, check the results, and take responsibility for every change that ships.

• Grow your Android skills and deliver product increments on Android when your team needs it.

• Improve architecture, tests, and delivery practices so the team ships reliable product increments.

• Review code, share your iOS expertise, and help other mobile engineers grow.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping native iOS applications with Swift.

• Strong understanding of the iOS platform and modern UI development with SwiftUI.

• Sound engineering judgment: you can make and explain technical trade-offs, and take responsibility for the quality of what you ship.

• Experience working with product, design, and engineering partners to turn user needs into working software.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your engineering work, with the habit of checking and owning what they produce.

• Willingness to learn Android and deliver on it. Previous Android experience isn't required.

• English at B2 level or above.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience taking a mobile product from its early stages through to launch.
