The Role
As a Senior Product Designer in Ticketek’s Product team, you’ll help reimagine how fans discover, book and engage with live entertainment. You’ll bring deep UX/UI and product-design expertise to two portfolios; Event Management & Core Ticketing, and Commerce & Experience — working in cross-functional squads across web, app and marketing to design intuitive, accessible and commercially effective experiences.
Outcomes to DeliverIn this role, success looks like:
- Lead end-to-end UX and product design, from discovery through wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design that solves real problems and aligns with commercial goals.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and cross-functional squads to deliver joined-up fan experiences, while briefing and reviewing the work of our external UX agency partners.
- Build and govern our design system to keep design consistent, scalable and reusable.
- Balance commercial outcomes (conversion, revenue uplift, digital adoption) with fan outcomes (ease, satisfaction, delight) to grow engagement and lifetime value.
Capabilities to BringYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role or similar, with a strong track record of shipping successful digital products.
- Proven product craft in translating high-level strategy and vision into tangible, measurable product roadmaps and delivered customer value.
- Proven ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team, leveraging the strengths of each role (e.g. Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, Designer, Engineers, QA).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Strong understanding of modern agile methodologies and how to apply them effectively to support a high performing team.
- A data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to inform decisions
