This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer Sênior - (Gestão/Financeiro) based in Brazil.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in creating simple, functional, and scalable digital experiences for business users. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other teams to transform user needs and business goals into impactful product solutions. The role combines hands-on design execution with discovery, research, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. You will contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from understanding problems and validating hypotheses to defining interfaces and measuring outcomes. You will also help strengthen design practices, processes, rituals, and documentation across the design chapter. This is an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous innovation. Your work will have a direct impact on products used to support day-to-day business operations and financial management.

Accountabilities:

  • Translate user needs and business objectives into simple, functional, scalable, and valuable product experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other disciplines to maintain design consistency throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and interactive prototypes at different levels of fidelity to validate ideas and concepts before implementation.
  • Apply established design patterns, usability principles, and best practices to deliver intuitive and effective experiences.
  • Contribute to product refinement, estimation, prioritization, and trade-off discussions in partnership with Product Managers.
  • Analyze product requirements and user stories to ensure design solutions are aligned with development needs and product objectives.
  • Participate actively in discovery processes, hypothesis validation, experimentation, and continuous product learning.
  • Conduct user research, usability validation, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to inform design decisions.
  • Define and monitor experience-related success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Develop a critical and analytical perspective, using data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide design improvements.
  • Act as a design reference within the chapter, contributing to the evolution of processes, rituals, tools, documentation, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Design, Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong proficiency with product design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
  • Proven experience working on end-to-end product projects with meaningful user and business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with discovery processes, user research, hypothesis validation, and experimentation.
  • Ability to define experience metrics and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support design decisions.
  • Strong autonomy, proactivity, critical thinking, and attention to product and delivery quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple contexts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and self-management skills.
  • Experience with SaaS B2B products, particularly solutions involving business management, accounts payable and receivable, financial reports such as P&L and cash flow, or B2C applications focused on personal finance is a strong advantage.
  • Experience designing products for the food service industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and usage measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus.
  • Experience conducting business research initiatives, including NPS programs, is a plus.
