Senior Analyst, Alteryx Automation (Finance)
You have built the workflow that replaced someone's 40-hour month-end grind. You know the difference between running a workflow and owning one.
Horizon Five is a practitioner-led finance and data transformation firm. Our founder was Alteryx's CTO and has held CFO roles himself. When we tell a CFO their close can run in a day, we have done it ourselves. You will sit on our Analytics and Automation team, building the automation our clients actually run their finance functions on.
What you will actually do
Build and publish governed workflows to Alteryx Server, scheduled to run without anyone babysitting them. Automate reconciliations and journal entry prep across ERP, sub-ledger, and bank feeds. Use batch macros with control parameters so one workflow handles every entity, every period. Clean the ugly stuff with Fuzzy Match and Multi-Row Formula when vendor and account names do not agree. Stand up SOX control testing with a change-control trail an auditor can follow. Then hand the client something they can maintain after we leave.

Four or more years hands-on, daily Alteryx. Core and Advanced certified, or ready to be. SQL past the foundational level. Power BI in your toolkit.
This role is not for you if
Your Alteryx experience is running workflows other people built. You have never published to Server or Gallery. You have not built a macro. You are looking for a first analyst job, or you are already managing a team and want to keep managing.
