We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team at Marion Counseling Services. In this position, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation that supports our services and enhances the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, and documentation for various services offered by Marion Counseling Services.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear and concise language suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Implement feedback from users to continuously improve documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technical writer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
