Role SummaryWe are seeking a Product Manager to drive digitalisation and data transformation initiatives across internal business platforms and merchant operations ecosystems.
This role focuses on building data visibility, improving operational intelligence and enabling more structured, data-driven decision making across regional markets. The Product Manager will translate complex business workflows into scalable digital capabilities supported by meaningful performance metrics and insights.
Key Responsibilities• Define product strategy to strengthen data visibility across merchant lifecycle, operations and service performance
- Drive digitalisation initiatives that transform manual processes into structured, trackable and measurable workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key operational metrics and design dashboards, reporting frameworks and data insights tools
- Lead product requirements for system enhancements that improve decision efficiency, productivity and service quality
- Work closely with Engineering, Data and regional teams to build scalable platform capabilities
- Improve adoption of internal systems by enhancing user journeys, reporting transparency and operational clarity
- Monitor product impact through data analysis and continuous optimisation
- Support regional standardisation of performance tracking and operational governance models
- 5–8 years experience in Product Management, Business Platform, Data Product or Digital Transformation roles
- Strong experience working with data dashboards, performance metrics or operational analytics tools
- Ability to translate business ambiguity into structured, measurable product solutions
- Strong stakeholder alignment and cross-market project leadership experience
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-structuring capability
Preferred• Experience in fintech, SaaS platform or high-growth technology environment
- Exposure to data product thinking, automation or AI-enabled operations tools
- Experience supporting operational or customer service performance transformation
- Mandarin speaking advantage
