VIKAND is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support key initiatives across the healthcare and maritime industries. This is a full-time, remote independent contractor opportunity offering annual compensation of USD $25,000 and valuable exposure to international projects, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress
- Assist with budget tracking and risk identification
- Collaborate with healthcare, maritime, logistics, and technical stakeholders
- Support training, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Interest in project management, healthcare, maritime operations, or logistics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
