About the role

The Business Analyst will manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of fintech applications with internal systems. They are also responsible for coordinating user acceptance testing and providing ongoing support for project lifecycles.

Full description

  • Managing vendor partners relationship and driving the deliverables assigned to technology vendors
  • Driving applications integrations between fintech partners & TCL applications
  • Should have good Lending Domain knowledge (Origination, loan servicing)
  • Manage end to end project life cycles, user handholding and post live support
  • Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
  • Coordinating for User Acceptance Testing and closure of defects
  • Responsible for resolution of queries from users from time to time
  • Work closely with internal & external development partners
