Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to take the helm of our largest flagship consumer deposit pricing product suite. In this pivotal role, you'll rapidly advance product strategy and execution related to our Retail Pricing products, protecting and retaining well established client base and evolving the platform for the next phase of growth and innovation.

You will:

  • Use your understanding of the market and its needs, through direct engagement with financial institution clients, to identify opportunities and requirements
  • Create impact-driven, not feature-focused, roadmaps that solve customer and client problems, enabling the business to meet its objectives
  • Develop a holistic and exhaustive understanding of the Retail Pricing platform’s infrastructure and capabilities, as well as the domain its users and the art-of the possible for innovation leveraging its supporting data and technology stack
  • Manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships across Data Science, Engineering, business unit leaders, data architects, and other Product team members

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Define, articulate, and execute the product vision for Retail Pricing, ensuring alignment with Curinos' broader objectives. Manage the strategic trade-off between investment initiatives, platforms, tech debt, and new features
  • Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, iterating to maximize the products’ value proposition. Define and consistently contextualize ‘success’ with well-defined KPIs that measure our ability to solve client problems
  • Product Development: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and QA teams to bring new features to life, ensuring timely delivery and highest quality
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, enabling technologies, and the evolving needs of financial institutions to keep the product at the forefront of the industry and protect the competitive edge
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage regularly with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, providing them with the tools and insights they need to succeed
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key product performance indicators, leveraging insights for continuous improvement

The Product

The Curinos Consumer Deposit Pricing Analyzer and Optimizer product suite helps financial institutions and their product and pricing teams make smarter, faster deposit pricing decisions in changing rate environments. This Senior Product Manager will define the future of consumer deposit pricing—expanding what is possible through a market-leading suite built on client empowerment, enterprise AI, and bold, data-driven innovation.

The product suite provides users with granular peer benchmarks, portfolio insights, scenario and optimization tools that enrich pricing strategy and risk mitigation, including intuitive AI synthesized scenario summaries and chat features that help users quickly gather and act on insights.

By connecting portfolio and competitor data, customizable reporting and sophisticated optimization in one workflow, the platform helps clients grow and retain valuable deposits, navigate competitor trends, manage cost of funds, and improve pricing agility and outcomes.

Salary Range: $180,000- $190,000 USD (plus Bonus)

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • At least 6+ years of Product Management experience, career progression and business-moving product impact
  • Demonstrated experience establishing product-market fit for new or expanded offerings, or demonstrated experience launching and evolving net new offerings in market
  • Exposure or domain expertise in deposit or liability pricing and an understanding of the core problems pricing users (ideally in financial services) are looking to solve
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager working in enterprise and B2B software in a user-centric product management role, with a consistent record of multi-workstream management and effective delivery in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience understanding and communicating nuanced ideas to variety of audiences (including high-level client stakeholders and internal technical and non-technical stakeholders) and orienting them to a business strategy
  • Demonstrated experience leading, though not necessarily managing, teams of software engineers, user experience designers, and technical individual contributors.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Jira, SQL, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Preferred experience in financial or banking industry with an understanding of the core business model of banking
