About the Role: We are looking for an analytically strong, execution-focused Product Manager who has demonstrated end-to-end ownership of high-scale B2C products. This is not a generalist product role—we are looking for someone who has consistently built their career in Product Management and has a proven track record of driving product metrics and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery to execution and post-launch optimization.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization using data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Drive product growth by improving key product metrics and customer experience.
- Build and validate hypotheses using experimentation (A/B testing), analytics, and user insights.
- Take complete ownership of business KPIs rather than contributing to isolated feature
development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent preferred).
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience.
- Clean and linear Product career progression (APM → PM preferred).
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience owning products with large user scale (preferably 10M+ Monthly Active Users).
- Proven ownership of business/product metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and execution capability.
