We're seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Performance Marketing Data Science Analyst to drive data-powered growth across our client's marketing channels. Collaborating with marketers and leaders in the Global Performance Marketing organization as well as cross-functional teams, you will optimize our performance marketing engine to acquire, engage, and retain customers through a seamless omni-channel experience.
You will lead advanced analyses and hands-on experimentation to uncover, validate, and scale new opportunities for paid media and digital marketing. Positioned at the intersection of marketing strategy and analytics, you'll transform data into actionable insights that inform campaign design, resource allocation, and go-to-market decisions.
In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will deliver regular performance reporting, design and analyze marketing experiments, and provide clear, compelling recommendations that drive business outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Drive the analytics strategy and roadmap for Global Performance Marketing
- Translate complex analyses into clear, data-backed recommendations for senior leadership, influencing strategy across Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Identify growth opportunities and risks using ROI and incrementality techniques to guide resource allocation and prioritization
- Deliver regular executive reporting on key metrics, highlighting successes, risks, and proactive solutions
What you'll bring:
- Extensive analytics experience with paid search marketing, digital advertising, performance marketing, and campaign/channel management
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Hands-on experience with SEM payback modeling and monitoring conversion metrics across paid channels
- Deep understanding of Salesforce lead and opportunity data structures, and ability to connect marketing activities to sales pipeline
- Proven ability to distill complex analytical findings into concise, actionable recommendations for senior audiences
- Strong judgment and business acumen to prioritize effectively and make sound trade-off decisions
- Familiarity with modern data tools such as Hex, dbt, or similar for collaborative analytics and data transformation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to senior leadership
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with incrementality measurement and communicating experiment results
- Track record of partnering with Marketing leadership to influence strategy through data-driven insights
