The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Assess change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
- Assist in preparing client project funding documents
- Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
- Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
- Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
- Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
- Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
- Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
- Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

- Have successfully performed project controls roles including change management, cost, or estimating at a portfolio level
- Have experience working on mission critical large scale projects such as Data Centers or similar
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
