As a Project Controls Change Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Assess change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
  • Assist in preparing client project funding documents
  • Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
  • Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
  • Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including change management, cost, or estimating at a portfolio level
  • Have experience working on mission critical large scale projects such as Data Centers or similar
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
