You Will
- Perform various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with filing and monitoring chargebacks. Review, analyze, and resolve chargebacks disputes efficiently and accurately
- Perform other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds
- Maintain various daily reports and ledgers.
- Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation
- Work closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience
- Provide recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.
- Finance Professional - 2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Experience in the financial industry will be a plus!
- Fearless Self Starter - You are interested in working and growing with a fintech start-up.
- Analytical and Detail Oriented Thinker - You have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage confidential data. You also possess an open mind with a willingness to learn.
