About the Role

Serve as cross-functional hub across Product Management, Global and Regional Downstream Marketing, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to support successful launches and sustained portfolio performance. Monitor market trends, reimbursement dynamics, sales, costs, and customer feedback to ensure global strategy execution, recommend corrective actions, and inform product lifecycle and commercial decisions. The Global Product Marketing Manager ensures that products are positioned consistently, launched effectively, supported with accurate product information and marketing assets, and maintained throughout their commercial lifecycle.

Success requires strong project management, commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do  

  • Support the regional execution of the global marketing strategy.
  • Analyze and contribute to product strategy in alignment with Össur’s global strategy.
  • Contribute to launch strategies by validating the value propositions, positioning, messaging, sales enablement requirements, marketing assets, timelines, and regional activation plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of reimbursement strategy for new products and monitor changes in the reimbursement environment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM activities across Global Product Management, Regional Marketing, MarCom, Regulatory, Sales, and other supporting functions.
  • Maintain launch readiness plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring cross-functional commitments are completed on time and to the required quality standard.
  • Support regional teams in translating global product strategy into locally relevant commercial activities while maintaining global brand, positioning, and strategic consistency.
  • Develop and maintain product positioning frameworks, value propositions, key messages, customer benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Coordinate development, approval, and distribution of product descriptions, claims, marketing materials, sales tools, and other GTM assets.
  • Coordinate product information readiness and lifecycle updates across websites, catalogs, Salesforce, digital platforms, and other commercial systems.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, COGS, returns, market feedback, and product performance; recommend corrective actions, product improvements, or discontinuation where appropriate.
  • Faciliate Sales and Customer Service with appropriate product and sales enablement tools.
  • Evaluate potential new products, promotions, packaging changes, pricing changes, and other commercial opportunities, and provide recommendations to the appropriate functions.
  • Adhere to the Company’s safety rules.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a commercial, product marketing, project management or product management environment.
  • Three or more years in product management and marketing with life science/medical device products.
  • Medical device, orthopedics, rehabilitation, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective task management, decision-making, and overall management skills. Must have the ability to influence others with limited authority.
  • Ability to effectively lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with individuals at different levels of the organization.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $99,415 - $127,507 + bonus + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay rates. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
