Sr. Frontend Developer-React UI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Frontend Developer-React UI based in India.

This role is an opportunity for an experienced frontend engineer to build polished, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces using React. You will contribute across the full frontend development lifecycle, from interpreting requirements and designs to implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization. The position involves developing reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture that can support evolving product needs. You will work closely with other developers to turn interface concepts into reliable, production-ready experiences. Performance, browser compatibility, code quality, and usability will be central to your work. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to discuss user interface concepts, application requirements, and implementation approaches.

• Review application requirements and interface designs, translating wireframes and visual concepts into high-quality frontend solutions.

• Identify and implement effective web-based user interactions with a strong focus on responsiveness and usability.

• Develop highly responsive user interface components using React and modern React development concepts.

• Build application interfaces using JavaScript and established React workflows such as Redux or Flux.

• Design and implement scalable frontend architecture that supports current and future user interface requirements.

• Create reusable components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency, consistency, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot frontend applications, investigate issues, and debug interface and application code effectively.

• Monitor, analyze, and improve frontend performance across a broad range of devices and web browsers.

• Conduct or support browser-based performance testing and use appropriate debugging and testing tools to identify optimization opportunities.

• Document application changes, technical updates, and enhancements to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to delivering high-quality products within short development cycles while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development or a closely related software engineering role.

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and React Hooks.

• Experience with established React.js workflows and state-management approaches such as Redux or Flux.

• Demonstrated experience building reusable React components and frontend libraries for long-term product development.

• Ability to translate designs, wireframes, and functional requirements into clean, responsive, production-ready code.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.

• Experience with browser-based debugging tools and performance testing frameworks or software.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex frontend issues.

• Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and deliver within demanding timelines.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative development team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable, maintainable, high-quality code.
