Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead (Java & React) to provide technical leadership across a high-performing software engineering team delivering critical digital solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical oversight with people leadership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring developers while remaining actively involved in solution design and delivery.

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers working across modern Java and React technologies, providing technical direction, code review support, and guidance on best practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and fellow technical leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

You will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting team members' growth and development, and helping the team navigate technical challenges. The successful candidate will bring a strong delivery mindset, a passion for software engineering excellence, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical contribution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Java and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong commercial experience building front-end applications using React and related technologies.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and supporting software engineering teams in a technical leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
