Job Description

  • Lead and promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across the project and contractor teams.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations to continuously improve site safety performance.
  • Deliver HSE training, inductions and awareness programs, while supporting emergency response and Permit to Work processes.
  • Monitor HSE KPIs, prepare reports, manage documentation and support supplier HSE qualification and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HSE, Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g. NEBOSH); additional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of HSE leadership experience on large international construction or commissioning projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Slovak and international HSE regulations, ISO 14001/45001 standards, and auditing practices.
  • Fluent Slovak and English, with excellent communication, training and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational abilities, with experience in incident management and multicultural environments.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2700 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
