MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Extracting, cleansing, and transforming complex structured and unstructured datasets to support operational analysis.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for leadership.
- Performing statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend evaluation to identify key operational metrics and insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and data governance standards.
- Conducting quality assurance, data reconciliation, and validation audits across enterprise data sources.
- Maintaining technical baselines, analytical documentation, and reporting procedures for continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics roles.• OR a master’s degree and 3+ or more years of relevant experience
- OR a PhD and 1+ or more years of relevant experience
- OR an associate’s degree and 7+ or more years of relevant experience
- OR a high school diploma and 9+ or more years of relevant experience
- Proven experience analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or advanced analytical frameworks. Extensive experience building enterprise dashboards and visual reports using business intelligence tools.
- Strong track record of validating data integrity, performing statistical analysis, and communicating technical findings to stakeholders. Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation and analytical reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Direct experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise data environments.
- Familiarity with data warehousing architectures, ETL pipeline optimization, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Experience integrating data quality tools and automated testing into analytics workflows.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must hold a current/active secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
