What you can expect
- You guide the development of complex digital products from discovery through successful delivery and ensure that the right problems are being solved.
- You identify, validate, and prioritize user and business opportunities together with Product Management and Engineering, creating user-centered solutions that deliver measurable value.
- You actively shape product strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and drive a strong focus on both user needs and business objectives.
- You act as a trusted sparring partner and mentor, continuously advancing UX methods, standards, and design excellence while strengthening the UX culture across the organization.
- You support the growth of UX talent through coaching, design reviews, and recruiting, contributing to the long-term success of the team.
- You evaluate and integrate modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Conversational AI to make research, design processes, and product development more efficient, data-driven, and innovative.
What makes you stand out
- You have several years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or User Research for digital products and bring a deep understanding of modern product development.
- You have extensive experience in Product Discovery and Continuous Discovery and are confident working within empowered product teams.
- You plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- You think strategically while driving hands-on execution and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering.
- You bring strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in coaching and mentoring other designers.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills and ideally bring experience with Opportunity Solution Trees, Jobs-to-be-Done, Experimentation, AI-powered Experiences, Conversational Interfaces, Design Systems, and UX Governance.
