Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Data Analyst to join our Planning Department at our Dublin Head Office
Key Responsibilities
· Collect, clean, and validate data from project management systems to ensure data integrity across the business.
· Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that give project teams and leadership real-time visibility of cost, programme, safety, and quality performance.
· Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting processes, reducing manual effort and human error in routine reporting.
· Work with project controls, commercial, and site teams to define data requirements and translate them into measurable metrics and KPIs.
· Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in project data and present findings in a clear, accessible format.
· Support the business in building and refining forecasting models.
· Maintain data governance standards in line with company policy.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Project Controls Analyst role.
· Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data visualisation.
· Strong experience with Excel, Power Query, SQL, and data validation processes.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and reporting solutions.
· Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous
