This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Family Definition:
Drives the implementation of best in class Human Resources (HR) systems/solutions providing relevant, timely, and accurate HR information for HR planning, decision-making, labor compliance, learning & development and performance measurement. Responsible for requirements definition, design, development, implementation and ongoing production support of HR Information Systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of team member information. Works with HR process owners, business stakeholders, IT providers and other project teams to evaluate software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Defines and implements HR processes and tools that improve team member experience. Delivers HR reporting and insights as a service or a solution by developing custom reports.

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
How you will make your mark:
- Talent Acquisition Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Talent Acquisition processes and systems.
- Assist recruiters and business users with system-related questions and issues.
- Help monitor recruiting processes and identify operational issues.
- Support candidate experience and recruiting operations activities.
System Administration & Support
- Assist with Workday Recruiting and other TA technology support activities.
- Help investigate and document system issues.
- Support testing activities for system enhancements and updates.
- Maintain process documentation and user guides.
Reporting & Data Support
- Run standard reports and assist with ad hoc reporting requests.
- Validate data and identify data quality issues.
- Support dashboard and metric maintenance activities.
- Help analyze recruiting and operational trends.
Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document test results and defects.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of new features and enhancements.
Stakeholder Support
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests.
- Partner with HR, recruiting, and HRIS teams on routine activities.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study with a typical 2 - 4 years’ experience; master’s degree desirable.
- Proven experience configuring and developing advanced features within an HR technology platform.
- Experience leading medium-complexity projects with minimal supervision.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle activities
- Awareness of candidate experience best practices
- Basic experience with Workday Recruiting or similar HR systems
- Ability to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system issues
- Ability to run reports and support reporting requests
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation
- Strong customer service and user support skills
