Senior Frontend Engineer (React and TypeScript)

Senior Frontend EngineerWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and maintain complex enterprise web applications, with a strong focus on scalable frontend architecture, interactive data visualizations, reusable components, and high-performance user experiences.

The role involves working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver reliable and maintainable interfaces capable of handling large volumes of data and complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex enterprise web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, workflow builders, and node-based interfaces.
• Design and implement scalable frontend architecture for large and complex applications.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management solutions.
• Build and maintain reusable component libraries and shared UI patterns.
• Implement design systems in close collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Develop data-heavy interfaces capable of handling large datasets and complex screens efficiently.
• Optimize frontend performance for large lists, complex visualizations, and data-intensive workflows.
• Use D3 or similar visualization libraries to create interactive and meaningful data experiences.
• Build reusable frontend patterns that improve consistency and development efficiency across the application.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces following established accessibility standards.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Work with tools such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent testing frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and manage asynchronous data flows.
• Identify and resolve frontend performance, usability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering standards and best practices.
• Help evolve the frontend architecture as the product grows in scale and complexity.

Requirements• Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or similar role building production web applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals, rendering behavior, component lifecycle, and performance considerations.
• Strong experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar technologies.
• Experience building complex enterprise applications with data-heavy interfaces.
• Hands-on experience building visual editors, workflow builders, node-based interfaces, or similarly complex interactive UIs.
• Strong experience developing reusable component libraries and shared UI components.
• Experience implementing and maintaining design systems in collaboration with designers.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component composition, and reusable design patterns.
• Experience optimizing applications that handle large lists, large datasets, and complex screens.
• Hands-on experience with D3 or similar data visualization libraries.
• Strong understanding of interactive data visualization and presenting complex data effectively.
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests using Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of frontend testing strategies and testable component design.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous operations, data fetching, caching, and client-side state.
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and accessible frontend implementation.
• Strong attention to UI consistency, usability, and implementation details.
• Ability to work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs and design systems into production-ready interfaces.
• Ability to work effectively with backend engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make practical trade-offs between performance, maintainability, and user experience.
