Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst will drive business process improvement and ERP transformation initiatives by analyzing financial operations, defining business and functional requirements, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions. This position will be a full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong.

What You'll Do

• Understand the current business structure, functions, processes, and system landscape related to ERP (EBS and Fusion)

• Assist with triage, impact analysis of reported production issues

• Document, review and produce detailed business process flows and functional requirements. Identify business challenges and propose process improvements in the current or future version of the ERP platform as deemed necessary

• Participate in workshops to provide inputs to business process improvements and review the impact of the recommendations to existing processes and other ADB initiatives

• Detailed business process flows and corresponding write-up

• Requirements mapping which includes creation of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and aligning Business Needs to System Capabilities

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations, modernization programs, or product delivery initiatives

• Over 8 years of strong business transformation, process improvement, business and technical architecture experience in an international environment

• Over 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) Financials covering AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Pension, etc.

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
