About the role:
- Support industrialization, product data management and digitalization activities across multiple Sécheron sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily operational activities related to engineering and manufacturing data.
- Maintain accurate, reliable and traceable product information throughout the product lifecycle
- Support Engineering Change Management and product structure maintenance activities
- Contribute to the automation and digitalization of industrialization and business processes
- Develop reporting and data analysis capabilities to support operational and management decision-making
- Improve efficiency, data quality, process standardization and operational excellence
Key responsibilities:
- Execute daily industrialization and product data management activities accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Create, update and maintain item master data, product structures and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Create, process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Perform mass updates of items, templates, product attributes, revisions and engineering data
- Manage product assignments, lifecycle changes, revision updates and data synchronization across multiple organizations and sites
- Support Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams through timely execution of system-related requests
- Maintain and improve data quality, consistency and traceability across business systems
- Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities and technical documentation processes
- Participate in testing, validation and deployment of new business processes, system improvements and organizational structures
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Extract, validate and analyze business data to support operational and management decisions
- Support reporting and data extraction activities using ERP reporting tools and business intelligence platforms
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support Industrialization Management decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities and improve operational efficiency
- Support the automation of industrialization, engineering and administrative processes
- Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support users and provide guidance regarding industrialization processes and business systems
- Collaborate with teams across multiple Sécheron sites worldwide
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management or a related technical discipline
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Additional qualifications related to data analysis, business systems or digitalization are considered an advantage
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and product data management
- Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures and engineering documentation
- Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and change management processes
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Experience with PLM/PDM systems is considered an advantage
- Experience supporting digitalization, automation or business transformation projects is considered an advantage
- Exposure to CAD tools and engineering environments is considered an advantage
