What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to define effective solution approaches
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and CCC-approved design standards
  • Design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions
  • Evaluate existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes that align with business objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performing detailed root-cause analysis and driving timely resolution
  • Assess requirements and provide recommendations on scope, development effort, and technical feasibility
  • Research, evaluate, and introduce new tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution quality
  • Perform architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure maintainable and scalable implementations
  • Participate in sprint planning, project planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies
  • Provide regular updates during daily Scrum meetings and status reporting

What You Bring

  • Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in core platform capabilities
  • Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall platform architecture—including data modeling, security, and automation frameworks
  • Advanced experience with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations (JSON & XML)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues including automation failures, Apex exceptions, and integration errors
  • Thorough understanding of Force.com framework, governor limits, integration patterns, and Salesforce design best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security/sharing models, custom object/field configuration, data management, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and integration troubleshooting
