- Champion product delivery standards and best practices while raising the quality and consistency of product management across engagements.
- Mentor experienced Product Managers, helping strengthen their product judgment, strategic thinking, decision-making, and client impact.
- Serve as the senior product decision-maker on complex tradeoffs and high-stakes product choices.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and the continued growth and evolution of the product management practice.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in consultative, enterprise, or similarly complex environments.
- Demonstrated success defining product vision and strategy for sophisticated, high-stakes digital products.
- Expert-level client advisory capabilities, including experience influencing senior executives and facilitating strategic decision-making.

- A direct, constructive communication style and the confidence to address difficult issues openly while keeping teams aligned and focused.
- A strong commitment to quality and craft, with a practical mindset focused on shipping valuable outcomes rather than pursuing perfection.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability when working with tight budgets, timelines, or team constraints.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn in a rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape.
- Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or product practice growth is a plus.
- The ability to work effectively in a highly experienced, collaborative environment where team members challenge one another to produce better work.
