Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with company goals. Initial projects will be a data lake and CRM migration and transition.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Build out and maintain comprehensive project plans using project management software (Smartsheet).
- Prioritize tasks and delegate work.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Monitor progress throughout the life cycle of the project and take corrective action where necessary and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Drive plans for on-time and on-budget completion.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates on project status.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, document lessons learned and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven working experience in project management with technical expertise.
- Demonstrated experience managing data migration or conversion projects including data mapping, testing, reconciliation, and implementation. CRM experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proven ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve goals, providing purpose and direction.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with management, team members, stakeholders and vendors.
- Aptitude for identifying issues and obstacles and developing creative and effective solutions.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Financial services expereince preferred, wealth management experience is a plus.
