Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Mitigation Project Manager for a property damage mitigation and restoration position in the Sheboygan, Wisconsin area. This position manages property damage projects involving fire, water, wind, collision, and other losses and works directly with property owners, insurers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Complete site inspections for assigned projects and gather information needed for accurate and timely field documentation
- Work directly with property owners and insurers regarding time-sensitive property damage
- Provide regular project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams
- Monitor and document project progress
- Maintain accurate communication records for each job file
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential environmental hazards and impacts
- Create project service summaries using field documentation, photos, moisture data, and site visits
- Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and project information
COMPENSATION
- $61,000-$70,000
SCHEDULE

- Rotating On-Call Schedule
- Episodic After-Hours And Weekend Emergency Response Required

ROLE
- Manage property damage mitigation and restoration projects involving fire, water, wind, collision, and other losses
- Communicate with property owners, tenants, insurers, project payees, and other stakeholders following property loss
- Apply general construction and property damage mitigation and restoration knowledge to project issues
- Troubleshoot construction, machinery, product, and installation problems
- Maintain project documentation and communication records
- Monitor third-party provider performance
- Work with peers, project teams, subordinates, and managers to complete assigned projects
- Perform site inspections in damaged and post-restoration environments
- Participate in emergency response through the rotating on-call schedule

- Project Management Experience REQUIRED
- 5+ Years Of Industry / Trades Experience REQUIRED
- 2-4 Years Managing A Small Construction Team Or Related Experience REQUIRED
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License REQUIRED
- Strong Communication Skills REQUIRED
- Ability To Participate In A Rotating On-Call Schedule REQUIRED
- Ability To Respond To Episodic After-Hours And Weekend Emergencies REQUIRED
- Ability To Perform Site Inspections In Property-Damage Environments REQUIRED
- Ability To Travel Regionally As Needed REQUIRED
