About the role
Provide operational support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement for finance and enterprise business applications. Manage incidents and access requests, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, guide users, maintain documentation, and support upgrades, releases, and user acceptance testing.

Candidates should have experience supporting enterprise applications, including SAP ERP, working knowledge of SAP FICO, and exposure to SAP MM, along with application support and incident management experience. Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, documentation, testing and release support, and knowledge of ITIL principles are required; experience with Concur, Esker, healthcare applications, automation, Power Platform, SQL, or APIs is desirable.

The Role: As a Business Applications Analyst with us, you'll play a pivotal role in operational support, administration, maintenance and continual improvement of GenesisCare's finance and enterprise business applications. - Incident and request management
- User administration and access requests
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Liaison with software vendors and support partners
- Escalation of complex issues where required
- User guidance and training
- Documentation and knowledge base maintenance
- Support for application upgrades and releases
- User Acceptance Testing activities
What You'll Have: Skills & Experience Essential
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP.
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO.
- Exposure to SAP MM.
- Experience with application support and incident management.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience managing software vendors and support partners.
- Experience supporting testing and release activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience producing technical documentation.
- Understanding of ITIL principles.
