Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Business Management Analyst to support financial and operational performance across a division or business unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, business management, and operational expertise and apply that background to help drive progress toward the organization’s financial and strategic objectives.
This person oversees operations with multiple functions in a division or business unit. Directs the organization to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals within the division/business unit in support of the company’s overall financial and strategic objectives. Establishes budgets, short- and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success, without owning a profit or loss center. Administers the organization’s policies through subordinate managers and directs and coordinates activities of more than one department, such as operations, accounting and finance
The successful candidate will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to support planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and operational improvement initiatives. This role requires the ability to analyze complex information, establish and track objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply sound judgment to business and operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the division/business unit.
- Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work; characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
- Provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions -Works independently, receives minimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies Interpersonal

Qualifications
- Experience in business management, operations, finance, business analysis, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge and experience applying procedures, concepts, and best practices within a functional area.
- Strong experience using Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify business issues, and recommend improvements.
- Understanding of budgeting, objective setting, performance monitoring, and operational planning processes.
- Ability to solve complex problems by evaluating multiple sources of information and applying sound judgment.
- Experience working across related functions and understanding how business activities integrate to support broader organizational objectives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while operating within established policies and broad business guidelines.
- Experience supporting or leading small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, and support colleagues across teams.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000
