Project Manager

JOB TITLE Project Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE

ROLE SUMMARY Project Manager is responsible for business Excellence executes operational excellence projects within the Process Standardization workstream working under the direction of the Sr. Manager Cost leadership & CX / Operational Excellence. Responsible for hands-on project delivery: running diagnostics, facilitating process mapping sessions, tracking implementation progress, and maintaining stage-gate discipline across assigned workstreams.

ROLE PROFILE

• Execute process diagnostic exercises, data gathering, root-cause analysis, and statistical problem formulation across assigned operational areas (stores, DC, eCommerce).
• Build and maintain analytical models, operational dashboards, and exception reports to surface performance gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Facilitate process mapping workshops with frontline and functional teams, documenting current-state and future-state operating models.
• Track and manage project plans, stage-gate milestones, action logs, and delivery timelines across active workstreams.
• Support SOP drafting, validation, and readiness-for-handover documentation for functional teams.
• Monitor implementation progress post-recommendation, track benefits realization, and flag deviations, risks, or blockers to the Senior Manager.
• Prepare project status updates, data-driven performance reports, and milestone dashboards for internal and management review.
• Data analysis & reporting: Able to extract, structure, and interpret operational data from ERP, WMS, or BI tools to support diagnostics and performance tracking.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• 3–6 years in project management, process improvement, operations, or supply chain — preferably in retail or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to formulate operational problems from data, conduct root-cause diagnostics using statistical methods, and translate findings into actionable recommendations; proficiency in Excel, SQL.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping tools and project tracking platforms .
• English (Full professional proficiency - Required) .
