We are looking
for a talented Analytics Engineer to work with data modeling and data infrastructure for Moérie, a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. If you thrive on turning messy, complex datasets into clean models and decisions that actually matter, this opportunity might be just for you.
Get ready to
- Build and maintain data models within Moérie's data infrastructure, working within Kilo's existing data framework and best practices
- Use our data stack - primarily dbt and BigQuery, with Looker for reporting - to improve data quality, efficiency, and the timely delivery of accurate data
- Ensure data flows through the transformation layer cleanly and reliably
- Collaborate with Kilo's data team (data engineers and analytics engineers), while working directly with Moérie's project owners, marketing team, and management
- Contribute to data-quality testing, monitoring, and alerting so issues are caught early
- See your work drive real business decisions - as the analytics engineer behind Moérie's data, your output directly shapes how the brand operates
We expect you to
- Have around 1–3 years of experience in a data or analytics role
- Have a background in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, econometrics, computer science) - through a degree or a relevant bootcamp/training program.
- Have proven SQL skills: ability to join and manipulate data of various types (string, integer, JSON, array), write parameterized scripts, and debug SQL code
- Have hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (we use Looker)
- Have an understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, grain, fact and dimension tables)
- Be comfortable explaining data and findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Have a curious, growth-oriented mindset
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Bonus points for
- Experience with dbt or similar ETL/ELT pipeline tools
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
Salary
Gross salary range is 2,400 - 3,500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile other city team members usually come to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
