DESCRIPTION At Sinch, our focus is on driving growth through data-driven commercial strategies. As a Data Analyst specializing in CRM reporting and analytics within our Data Analytics department, you will play an essential role in guiding our sales and marketing strategies and building operational efficiency. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leaders to translate Salesforce and related CRM data into high-quality, actionable insights across the entire sales funnel. In this role, you will work closely with multifunctional teams and be part of a modern analytics setup using advanced tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau.

Please note: This is a one-year fixed-term contract, covering colleagues on parental leave. The role is designed to ensure continuity in analytics delivery and stakeholder support during this period.

  • Key Responsibilities

CRM Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and reports in Tableau and Salesforce to track KPIs related to sales pipeline, customer lifecycle, and sales team performance.

  • Sales Funnel Analysis: Analyze the entire sales and marketing funnel, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Act as a subject matter expert on CRM data, ensuring data quality and accuracy within Salesforce and related reporting environments.
  • Empower Sales Teams: Create and manage user-friendly dashboards that provide self-service analytics, enabling sales representatives and managers to monitor performance effectively.
  • Analytics Support & Culture: Act as a key point of contact for internal analytics users by managing support requests, investigating issues, and helping spread a strong data-driven culture by training and supporting stakeholders.
  • REQUIREMENTS

CRM & Visualization Tools: Proven experience working directly with Salesforce (or similar CRM), including report building and data models, plus at least 2 years of experience creating dashboards in Tableau.

  • Technical & Analytical Skills: At least 2 years of experience working with SQL (or a comparable track record in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets) is a big plus.
  • Education & Professional Experience: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering) is desirable, along with experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Communication & Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, with strong skills in expressing ideas and complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Industry & Global Context: Experience working in a global company and/or within a Tech, SaaS, or B2B Telecom setting is highly preferred.
  • Professional Qualities: A growth-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable mindset, with strong emotional intelligence and collaboration skills to build effective working relationships.

Salary:

The monthly salary for this position is between 35,266 SEK - 44083 SEK. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
