DUTIES: Interface with customers for key milestones and deliverables with the marketing team. This specifically involves leading cross-functional teams in the design and development of integrated RF front-end modules, including technologies such as Filters, Silicon ICs, and Power Amplifiers (PAs) for mobile and wireless platforms; managing detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Wrike, and Excel, ensuring timely completion across all project phases; coordinating efforts across product design, test engineering, packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product delivery; supporting new product introduction (NPI), customer samples, and ramp readiness activities by collaborating closely with operations and manufacturing teams; solid understanding of radio frequency products with complex multichip Bill of materials; systems and applications experience, ability to work with support engineering team in aligning KPIs and Production values with customer’s PRD. Additionally, responsibilities include defining and executing the program schedule for multiple projects in parallel; following and improving the company’s Product Development Process (PDP); and leading teams of subject matter experts from in and out of APBU (cross-functional). Improve predictability of development programs via Lean concepts, best practices, lessons learned. Will also report the project status to the business unit staff, project team, and marketing organization. Hybrid Work: 3 days in the office and may work 2 days from a home office as an option if permitted, and within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field, and 2 years of experience to include project management in the electronics or in semiconductor industry to involve: (1) leading cross-functional teams in the design and development of integrated RF front-end modules, including technologies such as Filters, Silicon ICs, and Power Amplifiers (PAs) for mobile and wireless platforms; (2) managing detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, Wrike, and Excel, ensuring timely completion across all project phases; (3) coordinating efforts across product design, test engineering, packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product delivery; (4) supporting new product introduction (NPI), customer samples, and ramp readiness activities by collaborating closely with operations and manufacturing teams; (5) solid understanding of radio frequency products with complex multichip Bill of materials; (6) systems and applications experience, ability to work with support engineering team in aligning KPIs and Production values.
