We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic Site Development team at DCCM in Houston, TX. In this role, you will manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects including site grading, drainage, roadways, and utility infrastructure. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables meet technical, budgetary, and schedule expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of site development projects, from conceptual design through construction completion.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Direct and review the design of site grading, drainage, paving, and utility systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, plans, specifications, and permitting documents.
- Conduct and oversee QA/QC reviews to maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address design or coordination challenges.
- Coordinate internal teams and cross-disciplinary efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
- 6+ years of experience in site development, with proven project management responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of local permitting processes, regulatory requirements, and land development standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
